Cory Summerhays is a Tucson, Arizona-based chef and culinary artisan with professional training. Summerhays was introduced to the joys of cooking and food preparation at a young age and has pursued his passion for meal preparation artistry throughout the Southwestern United States, bringing boundary-pushing, tongue-tingling dishes to communities and thousands of delighted patrons in Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Utah, and Colorado.

Cory Summerhays, a specialist in the avant-garde Caribbean, French, and American cuisines, worked with several prominent Chicago chefs before traveling to the American Southwest and striking out on his own. Summerhays quickly earned a reputation for culinary innovation and brilliance after joining a Nevada Caribbean-themed restaurant, distinguishing himself for his audacious culinary approach and willingness to mix Caribbean flare and flavors with long-favored American traditions.

Cory Summerhays has enjoyed successful leadership stints in restaurants in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado since his initial entry into the fast-paced world of professional meal prep.
